[accordion title=”1996 VISION-MISSION STATEMENT”]
We, the children of God in the Parish of Jaro, in seeking to promote His Kingdom, envision a Christ-centered, participatory, enlightened Filipino Church that is evangelizing, missionary and committed toward total human development by witnessing and working for justice, unity and social transformation
Attentive and sensitive to the Word of God in our midst, we believe:
– that we must be a loving and faith-filled community living out the Christian virtues borne out of an integral formation.
– that we must be active and dedicated apostles, bringing the Good News to the poor and responding to their needs;
– that the laity must be mature and self-sustaining
– the priest must be supportive, open and collaborative with the laity.
These we ask to be realized in the Name of our Lord Jesus Christ through the intercession of Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria.
